检测设置的docker镜像源是否生效的方法分享

下文笔者讲述使用docker配置镜像源是否生效的方法分享，如下所示

实现思路:
    使用docker info即可查看镜像源是否配置成功

例:
当Registry Mirrors:下存在指定值时
则表示镜像源设置成功
